Elm Construction came to us at a pivotal moment. Their work was already defined by precision, creativity, and integrity, but their brand presence didn’t reflect the caliber of their craft. They wanted to attract high-end residential and commercial clients while standing apart from traditional “builder” brands that often feel outdated or generic.
The challenge was to create a visual and strategic identity that matched the sophistication of their projects while communicating their approachable, collaborative process.

The new brand identity gave Elm Construction a polished presence that mirrors the quality of their work. By positioning themselves as both innovative and trustworthy, they are now attracting larger-scale residential and commercial projects.
The rebrand also created internal alignment, giving the team a brand they are proud to represent, from the shop floor to client meetings.
